Role description
The primary role of the Analyst is to support PCG’s client engagement teams with timely and accurate analysis and to support the delivery of engagement objectives.
Key responsibilities

- Business Analysis
- Develop logical modelling which identifies business value through the collection, aggregation, synthesis, and analysis of data.
- Gather, cleanse, and integrate client and internal and external data.
- Structure agendas and interview client subject matter experts.
- Generate insights and develop clear and logical storylines in a coherent package of analysis which provides answers and actions.
- Create and update presentation material to ensure clear messaging and accurate statements.
- Change management
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and business support for change.
- Work with a broad range of business stakeholders to design and implement business improvement initiatives, and identify benefits and measures of success for change programmes and ensure tracking of these measures and benefits.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements, document functional and technical specifications, use cases, business processes, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.
Your background and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Commerce, Engineering).
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting insights.
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
